HI guys! I have 2 questions for you.
1-Is ok for a corsair with a gunboat pirating in the liberty systems?
2-Is alright if a Corvo zoner cruiser with corsair id/iff is pirating in the liberty's?

Corsairs in general are not permitted to be in Liberty, they primarily pirate in Kusari/Bretonia/Rheinland while the Outcasts have Bretonia/Kusari/Liberty.

That being said, neither a corsair in a gunboat nor a cruiser would be permitted to pirate in Liberty.

as an aside,

using a Zoner cruiser to pirate as a sair would cause you a lot of inRP trouble with all zoners.
so i dont think you'd be very welcome on zoner bases.
