Greetings.
Ill introduce myself. I am Leam Smith, Councilman of the Solar Runners and Commander of the Flagship Avant. A Colony Ship. We of the Runners are a peaceful group of Zoners which seeks to explore the far edges of Sirius, and further if we could. This Transmission is in the hope of making the job of defense easier. I hope i can gain your aid in an issue with the defense systems of one of our vessels. The Avant is the ship in question.

He pauses for a moment to compose himself

We have taken notice to your weaponry, a very interesting design indeed. I would like to request permission for the use of 18 amount total of both Your Battleship Primary Turrets(4) and Battleship Secondary(14) guns for our use. We of course will not use them against yourselves, mainly for research purposes, but we may see about using them practically as well.
These are to be fitted to the flagship itself due to the weapon systems being out of date and need replaced. The dated weaponry currently fitted is unable to defend the ship adequately and our other assets.
This vessel is primarily tasked with defending our interests and as a forward base of operations which we station from during expeditions. Of course we were happy to defend GMG vessels and your stations and will continue to so with the addition of these weapons making the job easier, as said, we don't intend to use them against the GMG or its Allies.

I've not had the pleasure of meeting any of you Solar Runners yet, perhaps only in passing, but not in person. At the same time, I've not caught wind of any rumours tied to your group, bad nor good. To me, you seem to be a fine example of the Zoner spirit, not sticking your nose in where it has no business, or making a big deal out of yourselves. I appreciate subtlety, Smith-san, and you seem to be a sophisticated man.

Therefore, I'm inclined to grant your request. I'm always willing to help a Zoner in need. However, I need help myself. Perhaps we can scratch each other's backs, hai?
These "research purposes" you speak of, I believe I know what field you intend to test them in. We're no strangers to Oni incursions, or Nomads, as you'd call them, and we realize the danger they possess. Not only to the Guild, but the rest of Sirius. You'll have your weapons, Smith-san, though I'll be needing something in return. Namely, Nomad remains from one of their battleships.

If you can deliver the material requested, you may use our battleship weaponry in good favour. Please head to our system of Sigma-59 to pick them up at the Sakhalin Shipyard at your convenience.
