Thank you chopper, we are trying to keep Chugoku closed for all, silent and me are agreed about that... But ! We aren't only ones in Chugoku, we have to respect HG strong allies like GC... if we are asked.. we would make Chugoku totally closed for ALL.. that means no protected traders, no traders at all, Diamonds are like contraband, and similar things...

EDIT: HG is helping also as much as they can here.... We will try to make Chugoku even more "pure"

CR being one.... personally i dont like that little previous arrangement with them i dont find it cosure, nor does silent but the fact is we personally dont wanna drop that agreement without the HG concent. we dont wanna step on anyones toes, as for some other folks i personally only right now stop diamond/niobium runners through chugoku due to our new policy of not taxing traders etc.

oh and as for what silent said, if we wanted to change the NovaPG name.... we would have all just went to HG (no offense toward them) but the whole point in this thread is for the name to stay alive, not to let people come in and try to get it changed, that would make this WHOLE endevour completely pointless

If it was up to me compleatly. I would blow up every non BD GC ship entering Chugoku. I have even made Lohingren sit outside at Sigma 13. And wouldnt let him enter. We need to let the Outcasts in because of GC and Cardimine. CR. Well soon im sorry to say. the free ticket through Chugoku is comming to a close. And its compleatly in the interests of RP. I want this faction to be the best it can be. And the best way forward is to act like Blood Dragons.

I understand the name actually.
For the same reason I didn't want to drop =BSG= long time ago in favor of =CR=.
We'v never been official, but it's the same meaning, OORP name, but who really cares?
I still keep my =BSG= character, as it has some kind of tradition. If anyone asks for it's meaning, I just give them something silly.
Like, Brown Sugar Genes or similar.;)

Anyway, it's all fine I guess. Blood Dragon HF with Daitos rocks hard!

After some review and a consultation among several members of the Admin team it was determined that the (NovaPG) never had official status revoked. Therefore I have refunded the faction application payment of 500 million credits to (NovaPG)-Armoury.
Congratulations. (NovaPG) is once again entitled to all the rights and privileges of Official Discovery Factions, including but not limited to:
