There is no fee or any requirements for anyone to fill, all vessels are cleared to move in-through the system. The hostile vessels are being marked indvidiually and our goal is to minimize generalization. However, having the platforms to be on "Defensive" protocols gives them the edge, if they continue with their actions, we will limit the passage yet again because our "blacklist" function aint working, so the platforms will most likely target everyone but signed&approved vessels.
Have no fear, it will not happen, however all options are on the table.
I wouldn't say zoners, I would say pretty much everyone who has aligned themselves with the machines with the intention of commiting genocide., so yes we have shot zoners ( among others ) before - The Sirius-wide channels are filled with lies because the truth is inconvinient to some of them. Rather for them to focus on building a better society to its true allies - zoners, they have choosen to attack it with self rightouss indignation. Meanwhile day in and day out we had to listen to their endless hypocritical horse-shit about "aggressors" - "terrorists" - "fake zoners" it's enough to make you throw out. If they were less judgemental and actually honest with themselves, we could have built something wonderful.

I am reffering to calculators, robots know better then they are. These [AI] calculators are terrorists but I reckon their brain isn't sophisticated enough to understand that. As for.. the other zoners, I fear that the reasoning behind this was because our orginization has managed to secure the system's entrence with defensive grid platforms and that instead of asking honestly about them they choosed to judge us and portray us as invaders who want to "take - over the system" - At one time we actually wanted to, because of their actions, but it was never grounded in our way of life to steal from other people. Avoid docking in our stations if such calculators appear, they will charge you and destroy you. However, you can still dock at "Zoner Guard-74" which is neutral and "legit".
