I come to you on behalf of the Unione Corse to share with you information regarding a cancer we have spotted. It is a malignant cancer, brought by outsiders who seek to corrupt our youth with false tales of immortality. This cancer is Cardamine, and we see its vector as a group known as the Junker's Congress.
On behalf of our Senat, I present the following evidence we have gathered over the past month or so with respect to their activities in Gallia.
Additionally, several vessels that escaped our pursuit in the second case have been seen before they affiliated themselves with this Junker's Congress carrying contraband. I present the following evidence to this affect.
It is the opinion of the Senat that this group known as the Junker's Congress will seek to flood our home with this vile product until such a time as it is made clear they are no longer welcome in Gallia. We humbly request, for the safety and prosperity of Gallia, that the representatives of His Majesty act to deal with this Junker Congress plague that threatens the foundations of our civilization.

The evidence gathered by your honourable Senat has been reviewed internally by the Royal Navy, and has been passed along to myself. Clearly, as shown by your capitaines' captured images, these Sirian narcotics dealers are acting outside the laws laid down by our King himself, and will meet with the Crown's justice regarding their crimes. Should operatives of this Congress be found operating illegally within Gallia or her Sirian territories, they will be held to account for the illegal activities the Senat's evidence documents, and sanctioned appropriately by agents of the Crown.
While, of course, the opinion of the respected Senat is being taken into account, I would like to stress that the Royal Navy is currently acting only on the empirical evidence provided to us.

To Général Lucie LeBlanc, we of the Senat appreciate the careful review of our provided evidence. We would not come to you if we did not think that such activity endangered the lives of the citizens of Gallia as a whole, and certainly not without sufficient evidence as to make it clear that such activity is not merely that of a few rogue agents. We truely believe that given the evidence points to a directed campaign of infiltration by this Sirian Junker organization that needs to be dealt with. We hope that your forces are able to deal more permanently with such incidents than we are.
To the Representatives of the Kingdom of Gallia, we of the Senat await your official response on this issue. It has been some weeks since our submission of evidence bringing to light this threat to our people. We hope you are near a decision that may be publicly proclaimed to the people of Gallia. We respectfully await your swift reply on the matter.
