I am making an inquiry about Freeport XV in the Omicron-74 system. From what i understand, OSI currently is responsible for administrating the station.

Am i correct there?

Anyway, the other part of this enquiry is a question.......

Is there any possible way for myself and a few other popes to take over the station?

We (that is myself, and the other popes with me) feel that Eris is concerned about all the bad discord in the omicrons is harmful to all zoners, so we wish to bring the word of Eris to the region.

We feel that Freeport XV is the perfect place to be the focal point of our efforts, hence the question about Freeport XV's administration.
