The Angels New Service Initiative

The Angels will begin more aggressively offering their services to assist players in setting up their ships' Tags and IDs. This will be accomplished by the maintenance of 1 civilian class Eagle in each of the 4 houses on a shared Angels account. The 5th account slot will consist of an Angels bank.
Heavy emphasis will be placed on encouraging traders to use faction IFFs and IDs instead of the generic Trader ID without an IFF.
New pilots will be offered assistance in completing missions for the lawful faction of their choice so that they may obtain that faction's Tag/IFF and ID.
New pilots will receive 50,000 credits for a Rhino freighter, purchasable from Planet Pittsburgh or Planet Los Angeles, after they have received their new IFF.
Existing "generic traders" in transport class vessels will be compensated 5 million credits if they will obtain a commercial faction IFF and ID.
Existing "generic traders" in freighters will receive 1 million credits if they will obtain a commercial faction IFF and ID.
Angels who are assisting pilots with obtaining new IFFs will switch to the Eagle stationed in the portion of Sirius that is home for the faction the pilot wishes to obtain an IFF from, then group with the other pilot, and perform missions until the IFF is obtained. The Angels bank will then pay the pilot according to the previously stated conditions.
If pilots are ambivalent about which faction to affiliate with, Angels should encourage the use of uncommonly seen commercial factions.

[Angels]Bonn.Ltd.

Note to all Angels : The shared account for these ships is available to all Angels. If you don't have it, get it from someone who does. All ships will use a civilian loadout.

The main idea here is to encourage players to transition away from generic Trader IDs and into commercial IFF/Tags and IDs for more authentic roleplaying. Transports are usually unwilling, and in some cases unable to complete missions, so The Angels will help accomplish those missions, and will provide a financial incentive as well. New players starting out get a boost if they are willing to move into factionalized trading, and "older" players basically get some compensation for their time.

This is a fantastic Idea, I would love to seem more, Synthfoods, DSE, Samura, Kishiro, Dauman, and such tags and ID's around. It should make everyones RP more authentic and in-depth.

Just make sure that the players who do take up faction tags/ID's as traders (for companies, i mean) know a little about their chosen faction.

For example, if someone chooses planetform, BMM, or gateway - they cant trade into kusari, and Vice-versa for those who choose Kishiro or Samura.

Similarly, make sure that rheinlandberty corporation players know about the trade embargo being enforced by the LN/LSF right now.

My trader is samura tagged/ID'd, and I was pretty dissapointed when I found out that there was some ancient fued going on between samura and the GMG, which prevented me from going through the sigma systems into rheinland space. Now I'm pretty much stuck trading with liberty only, which greatly lowers potential profits.
