Taskmaster Harold Kane, leader of your friendly neighbourhood Vagrant Raiders here. We're in a bit of a pickle and we need your help.

See, we used to have this great Spyglass flagship. the VCS Metropolis. Now, unfortunately, she got all banged up at the Battle of Omega-3 a couple years back and a serious of incredibly unfortunate and chaotic events occurred. Black holes and whatnot. Took her a few years to get back.

Now, she's a bit of a mess. We've got some... unique blueprints for a next-generation Spyglass, and we've started building it, but it's hard when you're in open space and are drifting around in this mostly-lifeless hulk with a couple decks of sleeping quarters, mess halls, communications arrays, and welding gear.

We would like to request a shipyard or a mooring point where we can keep the Metropolis from spinning about while a whole bunch of our engineers get to work like busy little bees putting the ship back together.

In exchange we will offer our support for whatever you need, be it military, trade, shipments, humanitarian aid, a place for refugees to live comfortably, you name it.

Kallisti, Sir,

I have only seen one Spyglass before so I'm somewhat honored by this request. I will grant you a mooring point at Shasta Orbital. Please, moor it on the backside of the base as the inside areas facing incoming traffic need to be left unobstructed.

Shuttle service to and from our temple is also available for those who desire the services of Eris. My only other request is that the Spyglass not be parked at Puebla. If it's engineers are needed, they can shuttle in.

As for return? I seek none. Baffin is a no fire zone so military assistance isn't requested. If it is needed, one of my people will ask for it. If you wish to supply goods, medical supplies are always appreciated. Of course, if I think of anything else, I will let you know.
