I, along with my family and compatriots, are interested in the legal status of the Victoria System. We are in search of opportunities to gain access to this system to collect ore samples and trade avenues through. I have a few questions about the politics of these systems. First, if an attack is made by a member of a faction unlawful or no, who is responsible for the prosecution of the aggressor party? Is it Natio Octavarium it self, does the Junker Base Saltese protect the copper and silver fields? Furthermore, do the militaries and security forces of the Southern Alliance have the right to enter to attack or pursue targets in your territory? The Gallic Junkers see opportunities in trading valuable commodities within your territory, but are worried about security and are curious about the aforementioned matters.

The Congress deals with the Silver field. We intend to oversee the rest.
Now, I know of the Junkers of Gallia. I know you support the Royal forces. And I think what you're asking is if we would allow Bretonian forces to pursue you into New Caledonia or Victoria.
I agree with you that should we, hypothetically and with extreme doubt, be pursue from the Independent systems, that law enforcement would have every right to pursue us. However, I am asking in regards of in the occasion that we, the Gallic Junkers are acting under every auspice of the law, and the foreign law enforcement is notified of our presence within these systems and decides to pursue us there, are they allowed to breach your borders in such a way?

Mm. Let me answer your question with a question.
If you are not in breach of any of the laws we are concerned with, why would you have anything to fear from Bretonia, Liberty, or ourselves?
Unless you're trying to flee from past misdeeds - but we've no intent of granting asylum to those actively conspiring against our neighbors.

A report has recently come across my desk of you robbing miners that had been working nearby. Within the immediate vicinity of the jump into our home, in fact.
I offer you warning, as a token of generosity: Our military command is most displeased with you now. I recommend you take a nice vacation somewhere with your profits. A long one. Perhaps to Baden Baden.

In response to this accusation, I can say with all definitive truth on my part they we had not demanded anything from anyone within the Magellan System nor in the Victoria System. We had temporary problems with our jumping systems near the jump hole, causing a complete frying of our navigational systems. I ask any trader in the Magellan System at the time my vessel was disabled to contradict this if they can. While undergo repairs, the LSF decided to enter the system and accuse us of attempting to pirate there, which i maintain are false. Luckily, we managed to get our navigations systems online just in time for the LSF to call in Bretonian Privateer, who pursued us until we lost them in a large nebula in the New caldonia System. True, we had discovered an amount of floating ore to the amount of 2000k in the Victoria System, but it was our belief that it was a natural occurrence as there were no markers on the ore to suggest it was the property of anyone. If I or my constituents have incurred any monetary loss on the part of Natio Octavarium or the Vagrant Raiders, we would be happy to pay.
