I know you have been in contact with my brother Acel, but allow me to introduce myself. I am Gregor la Mare, Captain of the Beaumont's Pride a Salavage Frigate from which i collect valuable ores for ship upgrades and etcetera. Today, i was moving to purchase ore from a miner in the Humbold.... er i mean Victoria System. When i was contacted by a near by Gateway rep, piloting what i believe from my scanners is classified "Nanda Devi." This pilot, ship tag Gateway|-Peregrine[X] told my ship to halt so he could talk to me. Think i was on neutral ground, i foolishly halted my vessel. In the ensuing conversation, the Gateway lackey demanded a total of 15 Million Gallic Florins and threatened my life if i did not comply. The following is a detailed list of the conversation. I was at the time, in contact with an NO Rep, the NO-Bombadier, who was giving me access to where i might purchase Silver Ore for an upgrade to my ship's scanner. None the less, I radioed for help, and the Bomber viciously attacked. The vessel was foolishly caught with its shields down and was destroyed by its own torpedoes. I am also disturbed that a security vessel of Gateway thought necessary to enforce their will in Natio Octovarium space and they will be dealt with accordingly by the Taskmasters by virtue of their hostility in our space. However, my superiors have already informed you that your presence in our space is not wanted due to the severe repercussions it could bring about our organization by allowing a known Gallic pirate organization to operate in the area. As it turns out, your presence has in fact caused a conflict if but a small one. Though I cannot speak for the Taskmasters on the fate of your organization I can, as an officer of the Vagrant Raiders, tell you that your presence will not be appreciated.

Thank you for informing us of this incident and punishment will be dolled out, however until the Taskmasters respond to you personally I would ask you to vacate our space.

Mr. Mare, I feel like I gotta point out that I didn't authorize you to do anything, nor did I point you towards any miner which would be friendly to you, all I said was that I wasn't gonna run you out of Natio space and that there were miners in the area, and that they were from Liberty and not likely going to be very friendly. I also informed you that although you are currently listed as neutral with Natio Octavarium that your status is being debated. And I'd also like to let you know that even though I was trying to come and help ya, I still don't trust ya. You seem alright, but we all know who the Gallic Junkers support.

Also, anything a Raider tells you supersedes anything a citizen, myself included, tells you. Keep that in mind.

I agree that our ships will not be seen in your territory any longer. I have determined that this a too lawless region and it would a mistake to jeopardize my men in such a place. While i still maintain our innocence in regards to these "pirating" accusations, i have determined that I can not trust the local law enforcement to deal with privateers. We will find our ores elsewhere. We have also formally apologized for the misunderstanding regarding the taking of unidentified ore, which i have been informed was very valuable to DSE and Liberty, and we are still willing to rectify this crime in order to garner the graces of Natio Octavarium.

We have laws. Let me give you an example.

As Gallic Royalists, you are supporting the Royal Navy's attacks into Sirius. Your presence in a state neutral-friendly to the Kingdom of Bretonia would jeopardize that neutrality. Ergo, you and your entire organization are encouraging war, and therefore breaking the law our state has against warmongering.

Do you REALLY expect us to harbor and protect entities supporting a force that wishes to crush us and our allies?

Go back to Gallia. Sirius doesn't want you. Well, Kusari might, but they loaned out their spine a while back and are having a hard time getting it returned.
