Good day.

As you know Cerberus had a long and "interesting" story.

We established small outpost at Wichita in order to observe situation in Kansas.

Due lack of funding, and possible threat from Corona Battlegroup our outpost was reinforced with latest technological achievements which included small shipyard, research facilities, and cutting-edge land-to-space defense systems.

But our outpost was designed to be self-autonomous and in case of possible LSF or LN assault we installed thermonuclear mines.

Today we sent an envoy,but due meeting with VR forces his ship was destroyed.

NO claimed to posses some ammount of nuclear warheads.

According to protocol NUMEGA all mines was armed and all defenses are ready to shoot at targets.

We don't want to start Armageddon.

But if we have to do that we're ready.
