So i need some informations,what would be the energy loss if i get a LN ID on my Bretonia Destroyer? about 10 % loss,and i get 90 % energy? Is that true?

And a second question,if that possible? As the rule says,we can use ships with other ID's to,and can be used by LN against rheinlanders too? Just for defense or on raids to?
( with a good RP of course )

It's not just a "yes" or "no" answer. While the tech chart permits use of Bretonian technology on the Liberty Navy ID, Bretonia is not currently leasing any of its military technology to Liberty - there is no surplus as it is all needed in the war against Gallia.

Additionally, the small amount of Bretonian tech leased to the Liberty Forces cannot be used in combat actions against Rheinland.
