Was trying to outfit a Ravenclaw with Disinfector 3's, it was a lvl 9 gun and wouldn't go into lvl 10 gunslots, so I tried removing them, then the guns I removed wouldn't go back on the ship so I tryed to log off to see if that would fix it and FL crashed.

I don't remember if I posted this before, sorry. I had a similar problem a while ago
I was also trying to fit all level 9s to a Raven and slots 7 and 8 would not take the
guns, only level 10s. I'm sorry I havn't tried again, but the game did not crash for
me though. If needed I can give it another go.
