We have bought 600 vechicles directly from productiion facility. Actually we wouldnt dare to do so openly , but it seems their stocks were full and more stockpiling could bring workers out of work and wages , so they didnt aks for whome it goes and who buys. That was opportunity, but for any future dealings is needed some trade protocol open or secret on govermental level.
