It was rare we spotted any member of the Order passing through Sigma-13.
The one time we did encounter an Order vessel was during a Wild(Rheinland Military/Police IDed) attack which was a battleship aided by a bountyhunter cruiser. Now there was a Zoner destroyer which hailed the ship for assistance which at this time the ship was located in Omicron Theta. Thus the Order battleship appeared in Sigma-13 helping in eliminating the Wild threat.
Wild attacks GMG, Zoner called to aid GMG, Order called to aid Zoner.
Wild are under the influence of the nomads. I believe it would be on the list for Order to be as far out as Sigma-13, but not in a large number even if their allies are based near the system. Since the Zoners have a shipyard based in Omicron Theta it wouldn't be such a big deal. Now if the Order is sitting there making a big profile like fighting crime, its a big deal. In this case the roleplay wouldn't be far out of this world like most of what we see today, such as a BD in a Bretonia battleship.
