Well, as it has no weps nor cargo space, you can give it the hull 4 times stronger of a BS with armor. So the thing can go even to a star to take pics of a battle.
Speed, it needs to be faster than anything, as it has to pursue to take pics. A But not too fast as it would be difficult to follow somebody if you go too fast...
but, we can give it dual thrusters so it can go at 350 on thrust (it will be able to maneuver well while pursuing on ships at cruise speed) and faster at cruise to intercept (like 500-600).

Well it dosent really need more thrusters coz it allready goes like 100 on normal engins without even useing thrusters.
the only thing wrong with it is the Hull and Sheild.
and if you make the Hull big enough you possiably could do away with the sheild entirely.

Yeah, i once made an invincible (almost) ship with the looks of the blood dragon, as i remember and a GIANT cargo hold (a few million cargo hold i think). After cruising thru zone-21 10-15 minutes, less than 10% of my hull was eaten :crazy:
