PanStellar Enterprises regrets to announce the loss of its headquarters vessel Sweet Discord in the Cortez system. Analysis of the vessel's black box indicates that an unknown liquid was introduced to a major control system, causing it to fail. This resulted in a corrupted docking sequence and the vessel overshot the Curacao mooring facility and entered the planets atmosphere with catastrophic results. Fortunately, crew and passengers had sufficient time to deploy lifeboats and there was no loss of life.
Pending replacement of the Sweet_Discord PanStellar will conduct business from Curacao.
