active gmt+8 factions

looking for a faction (whose members are) typically online between 1600 and 2300 gmt+8 (ie 0800 to 1500 gmt).
i'm currently in BAF but can't seem to log when there are people around QQ.

answers of any active faction, both official and unofficial will do (beggars can't be choosers)
