However, Zach, there are a few that have [101st]Name.
With the free NCCs now, that can be fixed in short order.

I would hope not. And those are the capital ships that have [101st]name, not people. I think the 101st as a suffix looks a lot better than a prefix. But this is kind of off-topic...
Me and the Eagles are unofficial, we got along pretty nicely. Though we don't have tags, to recognize us you need a knowledge of Eagle songs, which some people don't just get.

When you are on the server, your character is in Sirius 800 years in the future, so using a name that designates him as belonging to a group of game players on earth in 2008 is out of place.

I think he wants to use the tag to show that he is member of the clan.
I don?t think (please correct me if I?m wrong) that the rp aspects are in place.
First get a story straight and the faction info, ie ship, guns etc and then wear the tag, cause it seems to me like you want to wear the tag just to show you?re from X clan and not using it in RP.
again, please prove me wrong but that?s the vibe I?m getting.
I think the unoffical "Eagles" are doing a smack up job. Pirated me several times already, and have been pretty derned good at it. It just goes to show not all non offical factions are bad.
Some are better than the offical ones.
