Can someone explain to me why Launchpad keeps crapping out

Launchpad works for maybe a few days, and then it randomly changes the location of where it looks
for my exe and when i change it back i get this

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

I have to reinstall and then it works again, but it is useless because in 3 days it does it again... ><

Install/Reinstall the latest M$ NETframework.
