Konnichiwa,

thanks to the kusari/bretonia conflict our prisons are fulller then ever,
and thats not only because we put bretonians in them we also have our problems
with the normal criminals inside kuari, as director of Fuchu i'm concerned about the
health conditions of our warcriminals, 3 prisoners in a small room of 1 by 2 meter,
due to that we desided to constuct our first Prison liner, it has better capacity then
our prison ship has now at the moment, and its better to gaurd the prisoners when they got transported.

at this moment we already contacted the Vierlande Prison director,
he is willing to take care of a part of our prisoners.
as for here, we now only need the aprovel of the Rheinland Military high Command.

please respond ASAP,
our prisoner ship PL78X will be in dock until further order,
