Daily furballs in the omicrons-Event handlers wanted

In general, this will/can/has the potential to bring in more activity, if it is organised properly, with a set date, and maybe something of a story behind it, not always, but still.

There are people who love pew pew, and this might interest them more. Then, as this becomes more and more gradual, it will start developing naturally, and there might come a time, when this event might not be needed to get those people raid each other on a frequent basis. As the raids become more and more prominent, people who are interested in RP, might join in too, who knows.

Overall, if handled with care, I can see this as a kickstarter for gaining activity within the Omicrons. I, along with some others who are interested in this part of the space, have had a few other ideas, relating to the layout of the Omicrons, one that gives little to no concern over lore, logic or anything, but is outright fun, and one that might make people dust out their titans, sabres, mantas, and bastets.( a very optimistic idea, but I am sure that it will work the right way.)

Still, my opinion would be that, consult the admins, devs, or whoever in that case, and let them do the forum posting stuff, inviting the players and such. They know how to get in more of the players, and the vets around here, let them handle this kind of stuff, they will have a far more wider contact list than we do, and they can be the catalyst in the first few steps of this maybe event. Overall, a good rough idea. Needs polishing and support from anybody who is willing to pew pew and organise pew pew.

people, after the review from all the other players, I have decided to let this be a free for all daily raiding slugfest, in a different system everyday.

the locations are:

Kiribati and Tokelou clouds in Omicron delta
the Chuuk debris field and Murillo orbit in Omicron Delta
Primus Orbit and Delta JH , Omicron Kappa.


any other locations are appreciated. after shortlisting them, I will post a poll in another thread, or ask a mod for help, to decide on the opinion of the community.

not exactly, Tel. and of course, although these are furballs, nevertheless , it makes no sense inRP for K'hara to be in O 100 , Rho etc in a Preplanned event. also, if the event is in O 100, other factions cant participate due to the Guard NPC's etc. even zoners with Order iff rep are known to have been shot by npcs there, who will entirely tip the balance.


to all those who want a quick recap: Guard systems are OFF-LIMITS for any pewfest, whether it is for retreating, or for attacking a party etc.


I need the factions interested to skype me with suggestions. Indies are always welcome.
