New ship to the fleet

Egregio Director, Arbiters, Congressmen, and all fellow Junkers,

first of all, I want thank Mr. Wheat for his valuable support, without which we, Flavia, Rusty and I, never could finish the upgrade and integration of our old flag ship, the JSS Napoli, into a salvager frigate.
I'm happily introduce you all, the JSF Libeccio (The SW Wind) and this way I want invite all of you to it's inauguration ceremony in Vieques Shipyard, in Puerto Rico. Though don't think about something big, but we will pay the fest, and as a recently found in somewhere New Berlin's debris field, a real bottle of champagne will be presented our guests.
I'm convinced, that some relaxation will help in these tense times.
