how to minimize abuse of the Zoner Capital ship line.

There's one way to stop it. I suggested months ago to restrict zoner caps to official factions and SRPs... and majestically nobody would abuse them.

But it won't happen, so let people abuse zoner caps as they are abusing other capital ships in game.

Except no other factions abuses their capital ships to the extent that zoners do...
