Well.. uh The best way to make the rp fit for thomas is An special ops ID ... Im pretty sure.
Specifically the reason is so He Can use maltese vessels er A Rapier with OC and hybrid tech mixed (one of the guns look like a cardamine gun... so.. uhh..i mean how could I not use that?) The pah or engagement rules are covered in the oracles thread (link in siggy).
Besides the tech, the biggest reason for the id IE the most important is the reputation of the id needs to be fixed so he can visit nomad, wild, and outcast bases.

Oracles are forbidden to attack except in self defence (we are an RP org at heart ) there is a small exception to this IE heretics but no "groups" are heretics only individuals. (you gotta work hard to get on this list)

The Dude: Thomas Aquinas is master teacher of the Oracles he has been using the Wild ID since dave adopted poor huggie from the means streets of RL so he could play thomas as a...unique concept.
But in summary he would be what you would call an Outcast patriot second and a priest first.
4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay?
We used to be able to dock certain ships before the new reputation system/technerf thing was adjusted in the 86 beta when I was Headnom and ever since the hybrid members of the cult have had to kinda improvise.
This is a new effort to start Oracle 3.0 so that veteran members of this group can use the new srp system and enjoy actual exarch privileges.
Thomas like all other Exarchs are embraced beings that share a nomad heritage. But cardamine being the mysterious thing that it is permitted him to bridge two worlds without losing his individuality.
Though somewhat disfigured he protects outcast territories like all the outcasts but.. this is.. difficult.... with a wilde id... so hes been stuck more or less at the shrine and drake. Increased mobility will enable him to visit other places for rp rather then insisting people come see him.
5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planing to achieve on this character?
Well hunting and pecking for new members aren't all he does he meet a lot of people in the sector and hopefully the spec ops id won't make folks RUN LIKE HELL like the wilde id does. I would like to see it getting better and or easier to generate interest in the org and the character again.
In the long term im hoping the new format will work out and the Exarchs he tutors will add more dynamic and entertaining stories to the collective here on disco.

These are mostly about thomas and his life and death evolution. The recent post to the 101st so that the cult can get back on its feet doing the works it was best done and facilitate not just for the "un embraced" but the hybrid and infected members as well.
A great majority of our rp is tied up in lods and in game encounters and even some skype sessions but Im trying to get most of it on the forums.

Thomas continues to stalk/follow candidates for "inclusion" to the oracles family and has had many encounters in game. Though things continue to degrade near Malta as no existing authority is he is seeking to create a peoples concordat / compact to bring a more solid form of governance to the Outcasts.

Forum role play is one thing but the rp IN game has been vary fulfilling. Thomas continues to spread the hidden knowledge to those who seek it and more importantly acts in preservation of his home of Malta. Since the rise of the cross whom Thomas communicated his allegiance too int he spirit of a stronger malta means the space ways aren't so lonely anymore.
This is an on going mission Rply. The flock itself has grown with member who bring important intelligence to the Cult.
Significant contact with the Gallic members of the cult has re surged and the Oracles have several terrible secrets and weapons locked away might be brought to bare if a certain windcaller is successful in convince Thomas of the need for them in the battle of Leeds.
(OOCly Thomas provides me with an outlet in helping others with thier roleplay in game and on the forums, especially those vary nervous about writing and making stories for the first time. Something i thought I had lost when I left two years ago. so thei srp has preserved that thank you.)
Aside all that the adventures continue! Hopefully in a gunboat if that's approved too.
