1. How could you be happy with this server after got killed?
I started one year ago and I met some pirates/crimes that blew up anyship i had although i'd tried to debate/talk. I've felt very angry... and left after months.
2. What's the meaning of RP?
I saw a signature from a guy named StarAvenger on Lancersreactor "Roleplay: the art of self-deception". I wonder what you feel when RPing. Sometimes I saw it pointless, another times i felt it interesting. I need others opinions.
3. How to join this community?
I'd joined some skype groups and i left all. I saw most of them are full spammy text, troll etc... Are there any groups that are friendly with newbies and teach them how to enjoy this server?

Stuff like that happens, you usually just take a break, and return after calming down again. Afterall it's just a game and meant to be enjoyable. For me, the RP opportunities make me stay.

The point, for me at least, is to do stuff you would never be able to do in real life. To live a life as as space explorer, or space pirate, or whatever interests you. Sometimes also to escape reality, into another world.

I don't know in which groups you were and thus I cannot tell if that were "usual" groups or not. However, most groups I had been in have been friendly and fun for all participants.
There is a group to help new players, the Angels, I am not sure how active they are at the moment though.
Usually, you should try to get into contact with an official faction with a background, that interests you. If you want to be a space pirate, you could try out the Liberty Rogues, if you want to be a trader and make money, try a trading faction like Interspace Commerce, Samura, Republican Shipping or Borderworlds Exports, if you want to be part of the military, try a house military faction like the Liberty Navy, Rheinland Military, Kusari Naval Forces or Bretonia Armed Forces.
If you want more information feel free to ask me here or in a private message.

Well, there's nothing (except for neutral ID), which can prevent you from being killed.
You should either accept that there's chance of being killed each time you're undocking from space, or look for another game.
Also, being on other side of bluemsg is fun.

Honestly, I have no idea. If you're enjoying imagining yourself as space pilot, you won't have troubles.

Most people in faction skypechats are know how to play this game. But nearly everyone will be happy to answer some of your questions.
As Occam already said-choose group, which fits you the most, then apply to respective official faction.

as a new player, i have some questions

Most of the rage comes from 2 things.
1) You're trying to make money, to fund the thing you'd rather be doing, and your death interrupted your progress/set you back.
This goes away once you figure out how to make money more easily and/or have more money than you know what to do with. I suggest you take one of two routes: Haul ore (trading regular commodities isn't worth the time it takes to do so), or pirate npcs (if there's no one else around, every time you dock/undock from a base, it resets what npcs are outside). Either way, try to make your money in the wee hours of the morning, so that you're the least likely to be interrupted by the law/piracy.
2) You got killed, and the enemy either didn't follow server rules, violated his ID, etc etc it wasn't fair. You can try taking screenshots and reporting him, but I generally don't unless the guy was really being a jerk. Mostly, you just have to learn to let it go and try again later.

At its most basic, it's exactly what it says on the tin: You're playing a role. You're saying, okay, I'm going to create this character. He has wants, needs, associates. He's going to do these things because he's fighting for his faction, or his own greed, or revenge, or whatever.
I'll give you an example. I logged my primary character to do an oorp equipment trade this evening. That ended up being postponed, but before I could log off, I got sucked into someone else's story. My character Captain Trogdor is concerned with the preservation of the Zoners, and attempting to prepare them for conflict with Gallia through his own personal projects.
This guy just sucked me into a plot on the opposite end of Sirius, involving an evil space virus and the artificial intelligence factions.
I could've told him y'know what dude, I'm just not interested, I want to go play Bioshock. But I didn't. I rolled with it, despite not really knowing much about the AI factions and knowing nothing about the nuances of the plot he was attempting to advance. Because that's what my character would do. Not necessarily what I wanted to do. You have to give your character wants, desires, a personality, and then stick with it.

I've been here since 2009 and I'm still trying to figure that out.
