Following the completion of the Treaty of Curacao revision, I have been instructed by President Corvin at the behest of our Parliament to depart on a diplomatic tour of some other nations across Sirius. I humbly request that you agree to accept myself as an envoy from the Colonial Republic.

Provided this visit is permitted, I am already prepared to leave for Aomori Station. My sojourn there is to be the first on this excursion. Our schedule would allow for me to remain there for one week, whereupon I would discuss with you various matters, namely a mutually productive trade agreement.

Should you feel it necessary, any details about the vessel I shall be traveling in, along with its armaments, may be forwarded to you as well. I eagerly await your response.

While the Treaty of Curacao is generally unknown to us, the Colonial Republic is not. The Guild remember the old days when our relations were strong and warm, and we're pleased to hear that you wish to re-ignite these old ties.

As such, we will gladly permit you access to the Aomori Station in Honshu. A Guild representative will greet you there in person, and to welcome you and your crew to our hospitality and facilities at the station.

One of our Guild Masters will be available for a personal meeting at one time during your stay, so you may discuss any matters at hand.

If your choice of transportation to the Aomori requires exemptions from our current laws of permitted space craft, we ask you to contact us yet again with the name of your chosen ship and its class. Under other, normal conditions, the dock master has been instructed to allow entry to any Colonial vessels requesting to dock. We're looking forward to your arrival, Steele-sama.
