Upon further interrogation, it has come to our notice that there is some "stuff" you have in those bases, that we would be interested in fondling with. I assume that you are pretty aware what I am referring to here. And I am here to ask permission for our vessels to dock there, so that we can have a safe haven to launch our "trading" operations from. I guess, that pretty much clarifies my intentions of contacting you. And I hope to get back a positive reply from ya' soon. Until then....

Barrier Gate sounds familiar aye it's always a reasonable tab for the drinks, and our Junkyard is an expanding marketplace indeed. We are always interested in the exchange of interesting items, and are welcome to granting friendly Pilots access to our station.
We simply need information regarding your ship's identification information (Callsign, ID) so that the Dockmaster can have you cleared.

Ah also, when referring to gaining access you mentioned 'our' and 'we'. Are you intending to register clearance for your own vessels, or a grouping of Pilots? Either is possible, we are attentive to the needs of organizations as well-- formal or informal.
