Whilst post 3 could have been worded differently it probably contains something to think about.

If not sure then why not scan the RP section and join one of the unlawful factions in there. This will allow you to have fun but also to let you develop ideas. Same principle why a 20 year old malt is usually better then just distilled.

If you have no idea then perhaps you shouldn't jump to creating one at all.

The others are somewhat correct about this. If you are struggling with the ideas, it would cause problems (mayor change needed in the lore, complete discarding of entire idea, etc), and your faction might not work at all. However, you have several options:
read Sindrom's guide;
read the detailed faction lores/descriptions on the Wiki ( http://discoverygc.com/wiki/NPC_Factions ) (both NPC and official; there is a link to the official faction page on the NPC faction pages, on the top)
accompany (official) players, who use the ID you want to use yourself for your factions, to see how they do their RP;
set up a discussion topic about your idea here on the forum, and ask the opinion of the community about your ideas.

Your forum page says you joined the forum in June this year. I don't know how long have you been playing, but if you are such a new player, it would be better to get yourself more immersed in the game, and try to make a faction after you gathered more knowledge of this wast universe.

Tottaly Agree Advice taken,but i have been playing for 1.5 Years or so Im not sure i think ill leave it for a Moment
