Earlier today, a wing of Phantoms fighters attempted to cause mayhem in New Berlin. Unfortunetly for them, the RMB Kreig was in orbit of the planet when they decided to strike. The Phantoms, two Ravenclaw Assault Fighters tagged as Onyx and Glock, and one Titan tagged as Replica, attempted to bring down the battleship. It was quite a battle.
The end result however, was less then stellar for the Rheinland Military. While having driven the Phantoms off the field with heavy damage, the battleship will require several weeks, if not months, in dry-dock to repair the damage. Fortunetly, due to the quick responce of the RM, no civilian casualties have been reported. Admiral Kreig also made this statement.
"Nobody likes the Phantoms. Heck, not even all the pirates they work with like 'em. But i'll give 'em this; They know what they're doing and they're willing to back up what they say. If a man ever underestimates them... well, let's just say i'll be there for their funeral."
While the Phantom terrorists have been driven off for now, they are not gone. RM intelligance says that this may be the first of many strikes against Rheinland territory, and have asked that all ships remain alert and battle ready.
