Alright, so I fly a salvager pretty regularly, and I am a huge fan of the "old scrappy/Pile of scrap/ Seen Better Days" feel, but I cannot help but feel that there would be a better looking engine then the Liberty one. Something "pollut-y" I currently use the Rheinland engines but I would prefer The Council engine effects. So I went to Barrier Gate and figured since the Salvager has 3350 it would probably fall under the same engine as the Serenity. Apparently I was wrong it seems to be under the heavy transport engine which seems strange given how small its cargo hold is which means that it can only have Gallic Lawful/Gallic Civilian.

Is this a mistake? Or was this intentional?

The only engines available for a transport are the CNOS and the CNORx (first heavy and second light), the Council doesn't have engines for transports (I mean, there isn't CNOCx engines for transports), they use the CNOS.

Even if they don't have their own transport, It'd be nice to see council transport engines.
In fact, same for UC engines. For everything too.

+1 this

Also:

Liner Engines being changeable would be nice Pilgrim with council engines just perfect.

I just want Cruiser engines...

But yeah. The closest to Council engines for a transport is on barrier gate station. Being these: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/fi...=268680157

Take a look at all engines here: http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=116350
