It is awesome for cap PvP, like, it is very dodgy. One of the best cruisers I have ever used.

The negative would be that, you might not find much things to shoot at, outside of connecticut.

Yes, It is .. Dodgy if used properly .. Apparently, can easily kill a Battleship and is a nice counter against enemy cruisers too.
Overall, a nice destroyer ~ PVP point of view.

And there is something to shoot at outside Connecticut , Fly through Leeds & you shall find targets ..

It's a very nice ship. CAU VI Bret Dessy can easely challenge CAU VIII RM Turtile.
And it's Very maneuveruouse. Very. 3 cerbs will make BS to cry, and very good dodge ability+skills will make other cruisers to be like: GODDAMNIT!
Also to point, this ship is indeed multiporpouse. It can effectively fight Battleships, it can effectively fight Battlecruisers, it can effectively fight heavy, medium, and light Cruisers (altought, current stats could be different from 86's time). If you are skilled pilot, at least 3 bombers needed to deal you. It could easely knock out 2 bombers.
One of best ships in mod + not bad RP platform, as any cap.

P.S. If someone would say, why 3 cerbs will make BS to cry, check this vid. This is one of the guy, who trained me with cruisers, many thanks to him!
