To secure the well being of our workers in the dangerous debris fields and clouds of Texas we have decided to staff and train specialized crews and vessles as Med Evac vehicles and are setting up an ambulance service. We plan to build a hospital at Tinkers Haven to ensure speedy and competent treatment.
So far a prototype vehicle has been outfitted and is in testing :

Based on the design of the Junker CSF for speed and agility and ceeping the array of grappling tools and waldo servitors used in scrapping but without any offensive weaponry this Ambulance is used by the T&T/ Freelancer cooperation as an emergency and Med.Evac vehicle.

The power core output has been decreased to 75% efficiency to enable civilian personel without any specialized training to crew the vehicle and hevy armour plating ensures durability in the hostile environment of the Texas debris fields.

The Crew consists of 1 Pilot and 2 technical personel (civilian crewmen) and 1 specialized Paramedic (scientist)

At the moment the cargo manifest contains :
1x Laser equipment ( surgical and specialised utility )
2x Neon ( freezing and containing equipment and contamination containment )
2x Oxygen ( repiratory equipment )
1x shape metal alloy ( specialized fixation and prothesis tools and material )
2x Synth Gel ( blood and plasma units )
1x Mining equipment ( specialized emergency rescue machinery )

The loadout of the Vehicle will be improved in due course and we are very proud to have been able to ensure first grade professional advice to train and lead our clinical Program :

The Med.Force.One , lead by Dr. J. H. Holliday has sent one of its best Doctors to lead and supervize this Project. Dr. Doreen Naggar has taken up residency at Houston and is preparing to take up office as our chief resident.

Furthermore we bid you enable a special License and exception concerning the Laws of Liberty, Section 1.1 : Contraband and illegal Cargo :

- Human Organs
- Stabiline
- Hypotainment Bands

To enable our Ambulance Vehicles to perform any neccesary emergency treatment and to complete medical supplies on Board we would wish to license our Ambulances to carry a maximum of 10 ( ten ) units of human Organs and of 10 ( ten ) units of Stabiline and a maximum of 10 ( ten ) units of Hypotainment Bands for medical treatment.
Also we would bid you to license our Transports and Freighters to carry a maximum of 100 ( one hundred ) units of these supplies for logistical resupplying.

We would not need complete licensing for full cargo loads and hope find this reasonable and possible.


We confirm that our Ambulances and these commoditys will only be used for medical and humanitarian purposes and also confirm full responsibility and compliance to the Laws of Liberty.

Again I may affix some new information to this query ?
We are prepared to wait for denial or affirmation, and we understand that our query has no high priority.

We are currently in the middle of counstructing the Clinic and getting ready to train and hire the medical staff.
Also our planetside offices are buisy evaluating the high levle of very appreciated response and feedback we recieve from interested third parties. It seems that a medical and MedEvac service is more in demand than we originaly had thought, especially as our Pilots do not fear to fly into dangerous areas.

I would like to clarify and resend our query , adding a further request and offering to answer any questions:

- Licencing of small amounts of several commodities needed for medical treatment.
a) transplantation organs ( human origin )
b) stabiline ( for medical treatment )

Both commodities would not be needed in large amounts, meaning that our Ambulance vessles ( Freighter class ) would carry up to 10 units, and we would need a clearace for logistical resupplying ( Transport class ) of max. 100 units.

We will update these necessities if any changes occur or are ordered by Liberty Forces.

Also we plan to expand our planetside investments and wish to query if there is a possibility of founding and financing a planetary rest&recreation resort on Planet Houston. Even if this sounds queer at a Planet that is known most for work camps we would like to point out that we seek no spa and cruise clienteel of Vacationers here, but need a training area for medical personel and expect a steady influx of patients and refugees in need of care, food, rest and a moderate amount of physical attendance. And several hot springs located by our surveyours are of interest to us too.

This resort ( the Galena Park Resort ) would offer low budget care to workers, give refugees in need of a place to rest the time to rewind and provide patients and crews of our clinic a planetside resort without the basicaly restricted confinements of a space station. As you see we would wish to invest in a medium scale project to better the economic situation on and around Houston.

We bid you notice that we have transferred the appropriate amount for the licencing fee / Month of September to the account of Ferris.Dufresne and have attached the copy here.

As we expect construction of Core 3 and the orbital Polyclinic to be finished till the middle of this month we have gladly adjusted the price accordingly to 42.000.000 Cred. We also hereby inform Liberty Government and the Liberty Forces of the impending change.

Also I would bid you notice that some time has passed since I got any response from Liberty officials.

Though we have no complaints whatsoever on the accord of individual members of the Primary Fleets and congratulate the officers we encountered last month on the laudable conduct they showed, I must admit that I do not understand the stance Liberty Government is taking towards Tinkers Haven and Tinker&Transport.

We are a trading cooperation backed by a broad sway of middle class Liberty constitutioners.
We are recieving increasingly annoyed messages from just these constitutioners questioning us on the reasons for the great delays involved with any official affairs.
