"Report 2: After passing through the NY-Cali jumpgate and arriving in Caifornia, I just happen to interrupt an attempted piracy by a Rogue affiliated ship called "Patriots|Liquid.Snake". The victims, traders from Bretonia by the names of "BMF|LadyAnnaMacRae" and "BMF|Flea", both escaped unharmed from the incident. BMF|Flea managed to flee through the gate back to New York while i escorted the other trader to safety near Planet Los Angeles. A scan of the Rogue is attached below."

Thank you for sending the above reports. Unfortunately reports of Zoner capital ships in Liberty are nothing new. We have received numerous complaints recently. Between this issue and the safe harbor provided to pirates at Bethlehem station we are taking a very close look at all Zoner operations within Liberty.

As far as the rogue you encountered his callsign is being added to the Criminal database.
