Beat Game: Osu!

There are indeed times when I venture outside the familliar Discovery forums down to the scary internet to find some sources of entertainment.

One of the games that i've became hooked on, was Osu. I've always liked beat games such as Stepmania, and Osu was just that. A beat game.

Has anyone else played this game before? And if so, what did you think of it? How about beat-games in general? Is anyone a fan of those specifically?

Yeah. I have tried this game before. *points at Syf* I enjoy it.... most of the time. And then, there are the times when I curse it. But, it seems to be a well made, and highly enjoyable game.

I haven't tried any other beat games.... or maybe I have, but I just don't remember doing so. But I'm not a fan, that's for sure.

I was playing osu but it wasn't up my alley. I enjoyed Soundodger+, Melody's Escape or Audiosurf a whole lot more.
