That is inactive so right now there is a proverbial power Vacuum and now ( as has been seen many times in the past) Everyone is grabbing for the throne. Who will get it? That, is a really good question.

I say, there could be at least 2 offical factions with OC ID. Internal and external operations. Internal operations is responsible for fleet (defence and offence on Gamma) and Outcast space upkeeping, including cleaning.

External operations should be responsible for pirate raids, cardamine network upkeeping, diplomacy and other activity acros sirius. A man, elected (by RP ofcrs, by Maltese nation) becomes presedent or prime or mighty ball man, head of all OCs, and leaders of both operation departments should answer directly to him.

In fact, both faction has pew-pew playground, and could always interact together and cooperate.


Outcasts could be to outnumbered, to have 3 offical faction, like Corsairs, or LN/LSF/LPI, but having main power devided between two organisations, sounds more or less reasonable. It's old saying: Don't keep all eggs inside single bascket.

It worked before, we just went about it the wrong way. If that time arises again then, as amends are already being made, it will work in a much more fluent way. This might be different from the traditional OC clashes but rules, ID's and other ways of interpreting the lore, will be the cause of us reviewing future actions.
