Need some clarification on Order and BHG

As far as I know, BHG Core is a separate faction from BHG. Order has a conflict with Core over alien materials and tech. Now, does the Order have a quarrel with regular BHG, who mostly operate inside houses chasing criminals? Or they do not have inRP reason to harass them?

Dont think so, since the house hunters dont even know inRP about the Core's operations.

The Core right now is a totaly autonomus organization, more of a PMC , while the BHG remained the bounty hunters. I don't think they have much in comon or related to each other apart from flying the same tech.

Order are also enemies with BHG, as if you notice. brawls happens between them in house system. even if BHG isn't aware of the Core's operations, they're still enemies

I always thought that the BHG takes the sides of lawful governments. Since the Order being branded enemy to Liberty (and Bretonia? other houses too?) That the BHG would treat them as criminals. It would make sense however that out in the Omicrons at least, if Nomad tech is not an issue, they'd both be up for fighting Nomads together.
