Konnichiwa, honorable enforcers of Kusari law.

I'm Haruna Aoki, or Haruna-Chan for short. For the record, my affiliation is of the Hogosha.

While traveling through the beautiful system of Tau-31, i came across 2 very aggressive fellows.

After some scanning of their vessels, i found out they were both members of the Liberty Navy. Their IFF systems were odd as well. One was flashing Liberty Police code, and the other was showing Council code.

They seemed quite mentally deranged. One of them was dispatched by Gallic patrols, however the other launched an unprovoked attack on my vessel.

With the assistance of Gallic patrols, i was able to dispatch him in self-defence. For the Tau-31 portion, i have notified the Gallic Navy in this transmission.

Later on, they turned up in Tau-29 and continued their attacks.

They eventually stopped when a KNF secondary fleet battlecruiser, the Yammato, arrived to enforce the law. They were given warnings to cease actions, however it required the Yammato preparing to open fire that finally stopped their vicious assault.

They seem to employ "cloaking devices" in their attempts to escape.
