Greetings,

First of I ask for forgiveness if I am posting in the wrong section. Dear Admins, kindly oblige to move this post in relevant section for the sake of clarity if you think so.

I have been not that regular in game and though I was logging on my two characters, Cactus_Jack and Hawkeye (trading char), but I have not logged in my storage chracter, Vault101 (or something like that). I have checked yesterday and found that my Vault character has been deleted. It has roughly 150-200million credits on it. ( roughly though I am not positive of the exact amount).

I was wondering if the same can be restored. Did a lot of trading to get that.

Please please help ! Sad

Any characters that have not been logged on for over 6 months are automatically wiped by the server. Did you log in to your bank character at least once within the past 6 months?

There was a sig here, once.

I know the 6-month login rule. I believe I did atleast once in 6 months. It is highly unlikely that I would just dump my character which has my major savings. I also remember moving it to safer locations to store items. More then the loss of any item I am more concerned with the credit loss.

Also I remember now, it was close to 100million credits but not 150 or so as I wrote before.

Did you actually undock the ship? If not, the server may not have registered your activity.
