You have been spotted smuggling Artifacts several times during your stay in Liberty. We don't like that, you know. I personally witnessed you hauling them to Manhattan. I was watching your ship blow up then, but the fine is still not paid. Besides, you insulted Lionel and he didn't like that.

With that, I want you to pay 10'000'000 credits to \V/-Seraph. These will be later forwarded to the Angels to help rookies start out and not follow such a dumb path of a smuggler like you did. You have 24 hours for the credits to show up at my account. After that, the amount will rise to 20'000'000 credits for another 24 hours.

If you don't pay these, I will make sure that every Vigilante knows your name and will destroy your ship on sight. I'm also forwarding this message to the LPI so that they can do something about you (let's be real, they probably won't but it doesn't hurt to try) if you don't pay your bills.

Since I found you today smuggling Artifacts yet again after you had been warned, terms change.

Your ship is placed on kill-on-sight list for Vigilantes. The only condition you can get off it is to forward 50'000'000 credits to either \V/-Zettsu or \V/-Seraph. Part of that money will go on covering the repairs for my ship that you have damaged and the rest will be forwarded to the Angels. No time limit, but I'd rather see it as soon as possible.

And get some basic human decency for once.
