Good evening.
We have began the studies onto the data, star maps and used technology from an unidentified class vessel, known as ISS Discovery, that was captured in XXXXXX System. Its captain claims that they belong to the Imperial States, the house that does not exist. If not the ship and technology used there, I would likely say this is a kind of joke or poor try of excuse for a foolish freelancer that have trespassed Zone 21 and XXXXXX itself.
However, the data banks and the captured vessel are a proof this is, in fact, the truth.
We have encountered a very detailed data bank about the technology, which is reverse-engineered Daam Ka'vosh technology, altered to the technology we have found on V-1 in XXXX XXXX System. Their history annals claim that, in "their" reality, Coalition has been destroyed and it was the Alliance who gained the upper hand. Instead of four houses, databanks contain information about three major houses: Imagawa Shogunate (on our maps it covers Gallic, Tau and Kusari regions), Omicron Confederacy (it covers our Omicron and Rheinland regions) and Imperial States (covering regions of Omega, Liberty and Bretonia on our maps).
This unlikely discovery was made by accident, when that unknown gunship sized vessel tried an experimental jump even unthinkable for our technology (to their version of Solar System and back to their version of Sirius) and, as the I.S. capitain Ean Johnson claimed, "they went to right place, but in wrong reality". The cause of that effect is unknown, however the further analysis is required.
Their long-range jump-drive was crippled and we are unable to produce the same scale jump-drive, because their technology is different than ours - supposedly superior to ours over ten decades, because they have based their technology directly on Daam Ka'vosh heritage. This is likely possible, because their databanks do not contain any reports about Nomad activity in their reality. They do not use Trade Lanes, but small-sized jumpdrives for freighter class ships, which are efficient enough to make both in-system and interstellar jumps.
Excercise caution. In their reality ship went missing. We cannot be sure if they would not like to recreate the same scenario... However unlikely, it is also a possibilty as well.

We would also like to have a look at the Databanks you recovered from the ship. Foward them to codename "Keeper", you will find him on Comm channels XXXXXXX (viewable by sender) and he will arrange a meeting with you, forward the jump drive to Kodiak Research Station, we'll try our best to find out more about it.
We will also be on the lookout for any more ISS ships and should you encounter them, try to make sure the pilot survives.
Also...I recommend closing the channel towards 5th|, they do not have enough authorization to know about this finding.

Good evening.
The crew have been captured and transferred to the Prison Station Mitchell, where they are being interrogated. Captain has been placed in the -VIP- cell, we believe. However, we are the eggheads, not security officers.
Findings however are concerning. Their Daam Ka'vosh knowledge can answer us many questions about the Nomad technology and countermeasures against the Nomads. So far, we have concluded that at least Imperial States had based their technology onto Daam Ka'vosh one, what we have been trying to attempt ourselves with many failures. We are not sure about two other houses, but it looks like Imperial States were the first who found out and gave away the technology - like Ageira did with our jump gate technology.
As it comes to the political stance, Imperial States were at war with so-called Omicron Confederation, who were as different to those two houses as Outcasts are to us. They use Cardamine as well, what, similarly to Outcasts, changed their D.N.A. into other level. However, they are way civilised and they are not, sorry for my language, as dumb as Outcasts.
The ship design is very familiar to those used by Zoners, yet they are distiguishable, because energy signatures are very alike to those that Nomads emit. This could be also a answer to the question why there were reports of this vessel not being even attacked by the Nomads in Omicrons. The reactor itself is also a novum to us, because we have not used anti-matter technology on scale like that. The jump-drive, however, had an theoretical incredible range, counted, being it at least one thousand light years. Back to the ship itself, hull is very thin, but seems to absorb almost every amount of radiation.
We are forwarding the databanks as well, codename KEEPERS. The findings, as we said, are very concerning. We are looking forward for ship testing as soon as possible.

The analysis equipment on Juneau shipyard will not be able to get much progress far enough, I either request you move the databanks to 'Keeper' or to XXXXXX shipyard in the XXXXXXXX system, It can be accessed through Alaska. I will have your findings forwarded to the directorate.
In the meantime, as I said, close the channel towards 5th| they do not have complete authorization, and your findings fall under Section 7, so unable to be revealed to a secondary fleet faction.
Please do as ordered and move the databanks to the aforementioned station.
