Allow me to introduce myself .
My name is Hiroto Yukimura, I am the CEO of Kishiro technologies.
One of our trade ships heading to the Pennsylvania system noticed an anomaly next to the Pennsylvania jumpgate. We also relized that you must be aware of this due to the fact that there is an abandoned derelict station next to the anomaly.

I am contacting you because we have reason to believe that the anomaly could very well be a danger to the New York system. You see one of our researchers was aboard that trade ship that detected the anomaly in the first place.

The anomaly is emitting a radiation field and seems to be growing at a slow but increasing rate. We would like to analyze this anomaly further by sending a down a few research vessels. We of course would forward any information we obtain to the liberty government and help find a solution if necessary. We await your approval.
