Good evening once again Captain Brooks-san, of the Bretonian Merchant Navy.

The Government of the Republic of Kusari as debated you request, and I come to present the decision taken.

Due to the commercial and civilian nature of the treaty, we believe that the Merchant Navy vessels and personnel, under the command of the Bretonian Armed Forces, are not covered by the treaty terms, and therefore do not enjoy the same prerogatives given to the designated corporate entities.

In addition, due to the delicate diplomatic position as a neutral state in the ongoing Bretonia-Gallia conflict, we cannot provide any special permissions for recurring presence of military and logistic vessels of a belligerent House.

We advise you to contact your bretonian civilian shipping companies, or in alternative, the esteemed keiretsu of Samura and Kishiro, to attend to the needs of commercial and logistic supply and shipping for your military forces.

If there are no other concerns, the Republic of Kusari considers this matter settled. For courtesy, we will provide neural net links of the interstellar commercial departments of both Kishiro and Samura, so that you may contact them at a later date if it is your desire.
