Computer Wipe!

Right so a few hours ago i wiped my computer to factory settings, thinking i had saved my account with discovery launchpad. Little did i know i save the wrong crap and now I'm 280 million credits in the hole. Is there any possible way to get my chars back? They are:

AzureProfit -130 million credits (Bank account ship)
Star.Lord - 10 million credits + 120 million ship (Trading ship with expensive equipment)
Entropy - Bomber worth 30 million credits

Or does this mean i have to start over. I only recently started playing disco again, and this little incident has put me off playing.

If there is no way to get this back, could someone loan me 100 000 000 credits to buy a CT-69 trading ship. I could pay back 115 000 000 in two weeks.
