The Order Overwatch introduces new priorities for the fleet to adapt.

Number of Liberty technology in hands of Core has increased over the last weeks. We cannot exclude that Liberty armed forces - either Liberty Navy or LSF are supplying our enemies with military grade ships and weapons to undermine our operations in Omicrons. Therefore all of our operatives are to record any evidence of Core utilizing naval equipment. Every intelligence collected is to be reported at The Order's reporting centre.

Temporary Antonomous Zoners, or TAZ for short, are to be classified as Nomad cult. It has come to our knowledge that this particular sect of "Zoners" established so called "neutrality" with Nomads in simmilar fashion to Maltese government. Ever since tragedy of Toledo, TAZ support to us dwindled to zero. Despite lesson we delivered for all Zoner community on occasion of Omicron 74 liberation, TAZ decided to completely disregard our authority in xeno-research.

Our primary directive is to destroy TAZ flagship "Persephone", known to host at the very least one active alien artifact of considerable power. Invasion of Baffin is out of question as of current. It is known that traitorous SCRA legions continue to back TAZ sect and are estimated to reinforce system's defences. Baffin features no strategic value to take and hold by The Order, outweighted by Coalition's war machine likely to intervene. Any TAZ laws established in-system are also to be ignored by Order forces at your own discretion.

We also understand that doctor/ambassador, Dr. John Holliday has abandoned TAZ to pursue his medical career in spite of mounting pressure over the conflict. While his actions are suspicious, he and his allies are NOT to be targetted.

With it, I fully authorize the following:

• Collect evidence of BHG Core employing Liberty naval hardware.
  
• TAZ (Temporary Antonomous Zoners) are to be considered valid targets.
  
• Baffin installations are off-limits to The Order due to recent hostilities.
  
• TAZ Persephone is to be considered highest importance target of opportunity
