Hello, I have been using your mod on my home LAN and I have encountered a problem - when taking a mission in the Omicron Systems - especially the new ones for the mod, after I select the job and move to the launch position - as soon as I launch to space the program puts me out on the desktop (I'm running Windows XP Home). Freelancer is is minimized in the bottom tool bar but it won't come back and within 20 seconds or so I get the Freelancer has encountered a error problem message. I close that and have to start FL again. Once I see my game in the list, it still shows that I'm in there for about another 15-20 seconds, then a refresh shows the server empty. I then join as one would normally do and it puts me right outside the base I was at, but with no mission to do :-(
I experience this on just about every attempt at taking a job. Sometimes it will throw me out when I just want to leave the base without a specific job. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.
Your game crashes. This happened to me when I first tried using Freeworlds. It crashed to desktop at the start screen. Try redownloading the mod, and then if it still doesn't try redownloading from another place.
