Greetings,
honoured Ladies and Sires.

As our Secretary , Mr P. O. Tukker,
has recently already indicated while requesting the Tau Trade and Medical License according to Bretonian Law, we are currently organizing a relief convoy to Leeds to supply the refugee and resistance camps with medical care and food supplies .

These goods have been made possible through a donation campain and relief funding from philanthrophic Individuals and Organizations in Liberty , and are offered freely to the people of Bretonnia as humanitarian aid in these troubled times.

We will also fund mercenary support to aid and protect the convoy, and we plan to continue the logistic aid till all donations and supplies currently coordinated by the SRO offices at Tinkers Haven have been transported to Leeds.
We offer to evacuate as much refugees as possible, and will take them to the Haven Memorial Clinic or temporary refugee camps at Houston/Texas to assist them with rehabilitation and all neccesary medical care.

As we do not wish to cause unrest or mistrust we are prepared to operate with full transparency toward Bretonian Authorities and Liberty Police Inc.
Also we will forward any needed information to you as directly as possible.
We will attempt to break the blokade set by the invading Gallic Forces on the 20. and 21. of September.

We offer to repatriate as many refugees to Bretonia as possible to any designated port you point us to and await your decision.

We, at the BPA, wish you well in your endeavour. As long as the access to and from Leeds is via either Magellan or Manchester we can see no reason why we should have any problems.

As for the repatriation of the Refugees that would be up to the Bretonian Government to decided the best destination of these Citizens.
