I use Slimdrivers, and let me tell you i don't have any drivers on disk, none, i always download them with a software like slimdrivers or genius driver( although this one has been rather slow lately). Plus i never back them up. Try slimdrivers its free and it does its job.

Quote:I tried the manufacturer's website and it showed me the suitable driver... I downloaded it but had problems with installing it. It didn't work.

What kind of error message you got?
And post the exact model type if possible please.

I think you missed to install some chipset related drivers.
Please download and install any of the driver provided by the manufacture for this model.

PS:
I bet that's an onboard gfx chip.

I did lots of things with my laptop and programmes and I somehow fixed the problem. Now all the drivers seem to be working properly: Click

But I still have problems launching Freelancer. When I try to launch the game my screen becomes black and remains black until I exit the game from task manager.

Doesn't anybody have any idea about this?

Also, it still writes that "Freelancer doesn't recognize your 3D video card". : Click

Someone help please.

Here is the system information

The reason Freelancer doesn't recognize your video card is because it has a list that it checks your video card against and it's incredibly outdated, check www.lancersreactor.com there are plenty of patches there, most of what you need should be in the Discovery Mod, but sometimes the patches have to be installed first.

THE IMBALANCE OF POWER is a construct of THE MIND systemic to the reactions between the subjects of the system. POWER is given by those who acknowledge such power. REFUSAL to acknowledge power removes that power for THE REBEL; however, it produces anomalies in interactions throughout the system. These ANOMOLIES cause the UNPREDICTABLE nature of the system that all users CRAVE.
