It was really late when I finished the basic implementation. I did figure out how to get rid of the page and popup. I'll get that removed when I get home later.

The annoying banner 'should' be gone on the Mobile devices now, I tested it on an Ipad and the mobile website seems to be spam free again, while the Tapatalk for the forums still function.

If people still get it, letme know and i'll give it another look. Although we appear to be functional.
