I hope my message finds you well.
I am contacting you to submit a reasearch project to your approval. As you may know from the documents I provided upon application, I was trained as a zoologist on planet Cambridge and I believe Nauru fauna still has a lot of unexploited potential. I would like to kindly request an authorization to conduct experimentations on our indigenous species with the assistance of APM assets and supervision.
I can foresee many applications to this field of study. My main idea would be to observe and describe those animals' communication systems - probably based on pheromones or ultrasounds, from the few papers I could browse - in order to reuse the patterns and chemical signatures on portable devices or even human augmentations. In theory, this could permit near-instant, faster-than-speech, brain-to-brain chemical transmissions that would be hard to intercept or even detect. If intercepted, the message would be almost undecipherable without access to the Rosetta stone, i.e. planet Nauru's native species themselves.
Whereas communicating between individuals in the same room or leaving an olfactive message on an adequate surface to be collected and decoded later by another equipped individual seems like a reachable prospect in a decent amount of time, coding information electronically to convey it let's say, from a spaceship to another one, this would require to develop whole new "olfactronics" techs. Secondarily, I suggest considering political and social applications of pheromones as well, especially as a perception management tool.
As a side reasearch, I would be interested in testing cardamine on non-human lifeforms. While its effects on homo sapiens are well-known today, how it reacts with other species is still unknown. We could be very interested in knowing whether it increases their lifespans, helps taming them or even accelerates tissue regeneration. Again, we could most likely draw military applications from new discoveries in this field. From a purely business perspective, importing cardamine would certainly strenghten our bonds with our Maltese allies.
Speaking of allies, I know this is a very delicate matter, but in my time as a student on Cambridge and then as a Planetform employee, I could approach Gaian creatures and read about them. While they were not part of my main speciality, I know many top scientists see them as fascinating and I think they would be an interesting addition to this project - if we could convice the Bretonian authorities to let us import some of them.

Access to the AP File section and creation of new project has been granted.
Reasons are simple, it's something nobody has tried to research yet and it's something we should invest into if it brings desired results. Grant access to your AP File to most important people you will need for this project, be aware however I don't want any leaks so I hope it's gonna remain secret and only in APM circle.
You will also handle communications with Maltese about supply of Cardamine and with Bretonian goverment about the license for Gaian wildlife. Sugarcoat it, don't tell them the truth because they wouldn't grant us anything if they knew what's going to happen.
The ball is in your court now, kick it wisely and to right direction.
You may find my presence in the communications channel of APM unusual, but you will find my information relevant.
In short, know that all Core vessels now find themselves with access codes and clearance to do business with the installation called Rowlett Hagworks, located in Texas, Liberty space. At the time of this message, the station in question is importing xeno relics at a going rate of 350 SC per unit.
